This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability. Since every solid block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, each pipe is a unique, one-of-a kind piece of artistry.
