Legendary artisan Erik Nørding has been carving pipes since the 1960s, helping to pioneer the Danish Fancy Freehand style marked by evocative finishes, organic shaping, and wild flourishes. Nørding's Moss series combines these features, offering pipes stained in a rich walnut finish and decorated with rugged partial rustications, and each pipe boasts a wealth of textural and visual contrast in a variety of shapes. This piece takes the form of a Freehand, capped with a rim of craggy plateau to complement the series' signature rustication at the transition.
